- Completed a questionnaire – included personal questions about work in public health/nutrition, and use of nutrition apps
- Completed a case study about what features are essential when developing a nutrition app for a client with metabolic syndrome
- Used a human centered approach to design a food log for individuals with metabolic syndrome

Comments / Thoughts / What You Learned / Challenges: It was interesting to see the different approaches everyone took to developing the app, and also what everyone felt was necessary to include. I feel I learned a lot, but I would have enjoyed this rotation more if it was more hands-on as opposed to mostly lectures.
