Comments / Thoughts / What You Learned / Challenges: This week I created a handout about renal multivitamins and passed them out to patients while they were on the dialysis machines. I reviewed the material with all of the patients and kept track of who was currently taking a renal multivitamin and who was not.

I also began completing my notes on the counseling I had done the previous week. In addition, I met with patients who needed their yearly care plan updated, and I updated their yearly care plan in the computer.
